Это ЛАЗ-695Б выпуска 1960-61 года, признаки: лобовое стекло из 2-х частей, козырек над ним, высокие форточки, узкое остекление крыши.
Единственный признак раннего 695Б- широкий подоконный молдинг, с 1961 стал узким. Возможно на этом номере до 1961 года и был "фестивальный", а этот его сменил в 1961.
