Citybus Limited is reverting to its original four-digit fleet numbering system. All buses currently carrying five-digit numbers will return to their old ones, while unchanged buses will remain the same.

Citybus opened two temporary lines — 40R and 70R, for the community events of Southern District.

First buses from the "old livery" branch by MVC/Volvo is out now on lines of "Kowloon Motor Bus Company". Also, a 14 brand new Alexander Dennis Enviro 500MMC buses own by LongWin Bus Company is started operation on the A30 line from the Hong Kong International Airport.

Kwoon Chung, one of Hong Kong's biggest bus operators, has just ordered 100 Volvo B8R and B13R chassis. The first buses will begin operation in 2025.

Thirty MCV buses colored into the KMB Retro livery (Chassis Volvo B8L) already arrived in Hong Kong.
