A/S Liepājas autobusu parks.

This is VERY confusing !
First of all, SODAG is the previous (French) operator.
As well as Liepajas AP, the vehicle is badged for Smardes Autobusu Linijas (to left of front door). But Route 6847 isn't run by either of these operators - it is Rigas Taksometras Parks !!

If it helps, I saw this vehicle in August 2010 in Saldus running the service to Tukums. I assumed that it was being operated by Smardes AL under contract to Liepajas AP (who are supposed to run the route). It seems rather unlikely this vehicle is with Liepajas AP - they normally have fleetnumbers for a start.
