Is it kind of art object?

It is part of an art project. Esch-sur-Alzette (and the other cities in the south of Luxembourg) is one of three European Capitals of Culture this year, so they use this former steel mill to make a big art project in it. In the heart of this site they have small stage for concerts and a small bar and next to them they parked this bus, that can be also used as a shelter when it‘s raining. As you see it has been painted outside, but inside it‘s nearly in its original condition except of some scribblings.
