These buses even write "Euro 6".
Or did I misunderstand something from the author's thoughts?

If you notice the front part in the middle isn't original, the logo is a Euro 4 style
For example here's a Euro 4 vehicle with a Euro 4 front logo:

Notice the difference in the design

Maybe it was involved in an accident and they used a spare part from a Euro 4 bus
