This is Autokori Airisto just like Vetal-76 stated.
Autokori became Delta later , when they changed name.
AS the colours tell us, this is ex- Tromsbuss, from Norway:
Tromsbuss got 6 of Scania B 111-63 with a Airisto body.
-if this really is Volvo . It is One of the following three. None of them were directly made for Tromsbuss.

Only 3 Volvo-Airistos have been made to Norway:
A. Delta nr.145241 Airisto 18.03.1975 plates:LS20654 Volvo B58-60 VIN:6833 Kjell Lindhjem Rute & Turistbuss , sold 2004

B. Delta nr.145263 Airisto year 1975 plates:LS20824 Volvo B58-65 VIN:6834 Kjell Lindhjem Rute & Turistbuss, whereabouts unknown !! This is my choice for this bus.

C. Delta Nr.145439 Airisto 05.05.1976 plates:AX25173 Volvo B58-60 , VIN 8824 Øyvind Nummestad
->Storfjord Rutebilar #125, >Krokkleivrutene, >Tigerstadens Busser withdrawn 07.09.2004

So this is one of them , and my bet is bus B!
