FAP Artic Yugo with a Mercedes engine. Most likely ex- Savonlinja.
An experiment to bring these cheap buses from Yugoslavia to Finland in 1989. Did not succeed.Maybe 15-20 of these were imported.I' ll have to ask around which one this might be.
