Thank you for the photo! Unfortunately, the VIN does not belong to this bus, but a MAN SG 220 (built ca. 1979). Probably the plates have been exchanged.

Судя по внешности, автобус ex Stadtwerke Remscheid. Что бы установить его более точное прошлое, нужно посмотреть бортовой номер. Он должен остаться на крыше. К примеру, у этого автобуса (тоже ех SR) http://fotobus.msk.ru/vehicle/166903/#n804055 он выглядит вот так: http://radikall.com/images/2015/03/18/mXtI0.jpg.
