Предлагаю определиться, как правильнее в таких случаях указывать место съёмки: «Burnley, Bus station» или «Burnley bus station»?

Первое, ИМХО.
Ибо это указание на МС - "город", "географический объект города".
Второе уместнее, если снят непосредственно сам вокзал.
