That other photo was taken when it was exported to Lithuania, but it has never been registered there, so it could have moved anywhere now.

Seems like it could be that Citaro. I haven't been able to dig up any info on it yet. But if the VIN is found on the bus in Lithuania, we will know everything there is to know within days.
