Reconstruction of the Common Revenue Funds (KTE) per group of lines that had a geographical distribution, with more lines than the pre-war KTE. 11 KTE major type and 21 minor.

Rename of TPIAL to Organization for the Control of Road Transport (OEAS) in 1941.

Create Joint City administration (AKD) per group of lines.

For each route, a "General Revenue Fund" (Κοινού Ταμείου Εισπράξεων – KTE) is created, which distributes the profits to the drivers. Also created "Reserve Fund of the owners of buses" (Ταμείου Προνοίας Ιδιοκτητών Αυτοκινήτων Λεωφορείων, ΤΠΙΑΛ — TPIAL)
