Regular special passenger transport services — the transportation of specific categories of passengers (enterprise employees, schoolchildren, students, tourists, excursionists, and others) along a bus route under conditions defined by the route schedule/specification approved in the prescribed manner by the transport service commissioner or by the authorized bodies of the Contracting Parties in the case of international transport;
