It was originally intended as a bus for pilgrimage in Islamic countries in the Middle East.[94] It was introduced in 2003 and, unlike the other 120 lines, has folding doors. The 115E is a simple long-axle bus with a 12-meter body and increased air conditioning. The body is SD-class and the suspension is leaf spring. As an option, the entire ceiling can be opened to allow a view of the sky.
Recently, the BH120E has been available not only as a pilgrimage bus but also as a general bus specification for developing countries.
The BH120E was discontinued shortly after the closure of the Ulsan factory in 2022.
