A 3.7-meter tall SHD-class vehicle unveiled at the 2003 Busan Motor Show. The front mask and bumper of the BH090 were applied, and other parts were redesigned. It was not sold in Korea due to legal restrictions, but was sold in China, Russia, and other countries. Although it was exported to Oman, it was the only SHD-class vehicle to be mass-produced and marketed domestically until 2022, but it was eventually discontinued after the Ulsan plant was closed.

Initially, the rear design was the same as the 120F first facelift version, but it was later changed to a shape similar to the BX212. The 2003 model is shown with a driver's door, which was an option. The windows on the car without are slightly modified from the BX212.

The engine type was DE12TIS in the early models, DV11 from Euro 3 to Euro 5, and DX12P from Euro 6.
